About the role:
Ubiquiti is looking for a key person who manages Ubiquiti’s Google Ads accounts and potentially other digital marketing channels. You will work in a dynamic and international environment and be responsible for managing Ubiquiti’s advertising accounts across global regions, such as the USA, APAC, Europe, and others.



Responsibilities:
Campaign management:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize all Google Ads campaign types: Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, Remarketing, Performance Max, Video for the brand and e-commerce store;
  • Continually seek out and establish proper keywords for global markets and user segments to deliver Ads to the right target audience;
  • Troubleshoot any account, setup and/or tracking issues;
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns to improve search rankings and drive qualified traffic to Ubiquiti’s website and e-commerce store in multiple regions across globe;
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising and marketing trends and best practices.

Campaign performance:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments;
  • Improve campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and maintain important campaign metrics like CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and others;
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Collaboration:
  • Partner with store, strategy, and regional marketing managers to implement the most effective user acquisition strategies;
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop the most effective campaign creatives.

Budget:
  • Manage and implement bidding strategies to guarantee optimal performance and budget allocation.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Ads management;
  • Proficient in working with both Google AdWords and Google Merchant Center;
  • Experience in Ads management for direct e-commerce sales channels;
  • Ideally,  you have set up Ads for multiple countries and/or regions (such as the USA, APAC, Europe, etc.);
  • Familiar with Google Search console, GA4, SEO, email marketing platforms or similar tools;
  • Strong understanding of target ROAS and the ability to scale campaigns based on performance;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Fluent in Latvian and English.
