About the Role:
We are currently looking for an Enterprise Network IT Trainer to develop & deliver quality training courses at global/regional partner offices, and represent the brand in public-facing training/marketing events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Training Sessions: Conduct remote web sales training and travel to regional partner locations to lead training events.
- Trainer Onboarding: Remotely interview, onboard, and audit trainers conducting certification courses abroad.
- Event Coordination: Organize training and marketing events through partner outreach and social media coordination.
- AI-Drive Content Curation: Assist with content creation by leveraging GPT tools.
- Content Translation Coordination: Coordinate translation of training content with trainers across global regions.
- Database Management: Manage and consolidate databases for our global IT training program.
Desired Skills & Experience
- IT Background: CCNA/CCNP/CWNA holder & relevant training experience. Prior experience with UniFi & Ubiquiti technologies is a plus.
- Training Experience: Experience with IT training content creation and/or background as a IT/network trainer with strong communication & presentation skills for remote & in-person events.
- Highly Autonomous: Self-driven, self-teachable, and able to self-organize/lead events at scale.
- Language Skills: English fluency required; additional languages also essential.
- LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) is a plus.
- Extremely Organized: Structurally-minded; able to balance/prioritize tasks/projects simultaneously, always looking to improve efficiency.
- Determined Personality: Good negotiation skills, experience in problem solving & analyzing information.
- AI Proficiency: Regularly leveraging GPT tools for work efficiency at scale & content generation.
- Detail-Oriented: Consistently proofreads grammar, spelling, etc., with an eye for company design-style guidelines.
