Requirements
- System quality assurance for shipping good quality
- Set testing cases and standards for reliability and design qualifications.
- Set compatibility of switch/wireless AP/IP camera/accessories
- Set standards to ORT labs for temperature/thermal/reliability/ESD/Surge etc..
Minimum Qualification
- EE degree is better, knowledge of networking/radio/linux operation
- Proficiency on using multimeter, thermal chamber, data log, EMC compliance relative
- 1-5 years working experience in hardware test or design quality test field
- Love to try and play with new technology, and learn the ropes to be the lead test engineer
Preferred Qualification
- Basic knowledge on MTBF calculation/test
- Familiar with multimeter, Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, thermal chamber, power supply, Ethernet traffic analyzer, electronic load
- Good knowledge on setting wireless and ethernet testing cases.
- Experience in hardware testing on POE, or battery powered devices, wireless related enterprise products, is a plus
- Experience on PoE testing, ESD, thermal testing, power consumption testing, RMA failure analysis and tracking, reliability testing, 2nd Source verification, mechanical inspection etc..
