Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the SEA region.
• Manage and nurture strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive sales growth.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer needs in the region.
• Monitor and report on the competitive landscape within the SEA region.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of the SEA market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SEA languages (Indonesian, Vietnamese, Filipino, Malay, Thai) is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Quick learner, or knowledge in the networking or IT industry.
• Account management or distributor management  experience.
