Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers;
  • Monitor and plan production volume to ensure timely delivery of finished goods;
  • Ensure finished goods inventory levels are at optimal levels across multiple warehouses around the world;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are aligned with company goals;
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner;
  • Execute cross checking of the accuracy of production volume, inventory levels, and supplier performance;

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing, planning or book-keeping would be an advantage;
  • Fluent English is required;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and finished goods production;
  • Performer and ability to multitask;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Self-organized skills;
