As a member of the Product Design Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the form, function, and overall user experience of our products. Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to create user-first solutions that balance creativity, usability, and business impact.
• Product Development from 0 to 1:
  Drive the design and development process from early-stage ideation to prototyping and mass production.
• Ownership & Iteration:
  Take full ownership of design projects. Stay agile, iterate rapidly based on user feedback, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics or surveillance product design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks.
• Skilled in 2D/3D visualization tools including Adobe Creative Suite and KeyShot.
• Familiar with design for manufacturing (DFM) and CMF development.
   

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical mindset with awareness of design trends and competitor landscape.
• Excellent time management and self-discipline, with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in IoT or EoT product domains is a strong plus.
