We are now seeking a result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our APAC sales & marketing team and support our growth in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a deep understanding of the SEA market. This role involves working closely with the regional sales team, partners, and customers to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and develop strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the SEA region.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer needs in the region.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape within the SEA region.

Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of the SEA market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:- Proficiency in SEA languages (Indonesian, Vietnamese, Filipino, Malay, Thai) is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Quick learner, or knowledge in the networking or IT industry.
- Account management or distributor management experience.
