Responsibilities
  • Product process flow design and production process optimization, preparation of process documents Pilot run of new products Transfer to MP introduction and process improvement.
  • Responsible for the planning and evaluation of the introduction of new production lines and formulating relevant plans
  • Assist in solving assembly technical problems that arise during the production process and improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Calculation of Cycle time for production and production of tooling fixtures;
  • Track, feedback, and improve new product Pilot Run, Raw Material verification, optimize processes, and reduce production costs;
  • Responsible for analyzing the causes of defects in the product process and formulating improvement plans;
  • Formulating inspection items, standards and inspection methods for each process of new products and products in MP.
  • Knowing well for SMT Process to ATP.
  • Co-work with MPD, PM and team to fully understand the problem and address out with CM efficiently and report it back.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
  • 5 years work experience in field like telecommunication, router, switch, Access Point, consumer electronics or IoT products such as smart home gadget or wearable products.
  • Can work independently.
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Have experience in automated AA assembly and be responsible for the development of automated assembly processes in the mass production stage.
  • Be familiar with the assembly of the complete machine, have the ability to design fixtures, and have the ability to formulate processes
  • Strong hands-on ability and ability to improve product quality.
  • Proficiency in CAD and SOLIDWORKS drawing is required.
