Responsibilities
- Audit designs of sustaining projects and provide design overview to improve design efficiency and design quality for existing models
- List and prioritize tasks and issues which report in the factories and in the field. And work with stakeholders to fix issues and implement solutions into productions.
- Review and create cost reduction plans for sustaining models and work with teams to implement solutions for cost reductions.
- Review testing coverage and testing items, consolidate testing items to improve testing efficiency for production lines.
Requirement
- Experience on system designs and RF engineering
- Experience on troubleshooting skills and debug
- Experience on production process and handling RMA processes.
- Experience on components knowledge and cost review and reduction
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor in EE or RF
- 6yrs at least system engineering designs with Leadership
